Used for: Treatment of psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia Short-term treatment of generalized anxiety disorder (not associated with psychotic or neurotic disorders) Directions: Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not take more than the prescribed dose. Pack size: 30 tablets Active ingredient: Trifluoperazine 1 mg Dosage: The usual starting dose for adts is 2 mg to 5 mg daily, divided into two or three doses. The dosage may be increased or decreased as needed, depending on the patient's response and tolerance. The maximum recommended daily dose is 40 mg.
