Used for: Treat depression that is a part of bipolar disorder Treat depression in patients who received other antidepressants that did not work well Directions: Take as directed by your doctor Take with food Swallow the capses whole with water Do not chew, crush, or break the capses Pack size: 30 capses Active ingredients: Fluoxetine 25 mg Olanzapine 3 mg Dosage: The usual starting dosage is 25 mg of fluoxetine and 3 mg of olanzapine once daily. The dosage may be increased or decreased by your doctor depending on your response to the medication.
