Indications: Infertility: Induction of ovulation in anovulatory women (e.g., those with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome - PCOS). Breast Cancer: Adjuvant treatment of hormone receptor-positive early breast cancer in postmenopausal women. Extended adjuvant treatment of hormone receptor-positive early breast cancer in postmenopausal women who have received prior standard adjuvant tamoxifen therapy. First-line treatment of hormone receptor-positive or unknown advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women. Treatment of advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women with disease progression following anti-estrogen therapy.
