Used for: Relieving symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis (hay fever). Relieving symptoms of nonallergic rhinitis (nasal congestion and runny nose). Directions: Shake the bottle well before each use. Remove the cap and place the nozzle in one nostril. Close the other nostril with a finger and press down on the nozzle firmly and quickly. Sniff gently through the open nostril. Repeat steps 3-4 in the other nostril.
