To treat giant cell tumor of bone in adts and adolescents whose bones have stopped growing, when surgery is not possible or is not the best option. Directions: Xgeva is given as a single subcutaneous injection once every 4 weeks. For the first month of treatment, patients also receive an additional injection on days 8 and 15. Pack size: 1 vial containing 120 mg of denosumab in 1.7 mL of solution (70 mg/mL). Active ingredient: Denosumab Dosage: 120 mg administered as a single subcutaneous injection once every 4 weeks.
