Used for: Antiemetic medication Directions: For oral use only Swallow the tablets whole with water Pack size: 20 tablets Each tablet contains 50 mg of cyclizine hydrochloride and 30 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride Active ingredients: Cyclizine hydrochloride 50 mg Pyridoxine hydrochloride 30 mg Dosage: Adts and children over 12 years old: 1 tablet taken orally every 4-6 hours, not to exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours Children 6 to 12 years old: 1/2 tablet taken orally every 6 to 8 hours, not to exceed 1.5 tablets in 24 hours
