Used for: Schizophrenia in adts and adolescents (13 to 17 years old) Episodes of depression related to bipolar disorder (manic depression) in adts and children (at least 10 years old) Directions: Take Elbaluran with food (at least 350 calories). Swallow the tablet whole with water or another liquid. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet. Pack size: 30 tablets Active ingredient: Lurasidone hydrochloride 20 mg Dosage: The starting dose for schizophrenia is 40 mg once daily. The dose can be increased to 80 mg once daily after 7 days, or to 160 mg once daily after another 7 days. The starting dose for bipolar depression is 20 mg once daily. The dose can be increased to 40 mg once daily after 7 days, or to 60 mg once daily after another 7 days.
