Used for: Treat schizophrenia in adts and adolescents aged 13 to 17 years. Treat major depressive episodes associated with bipolar I disorder in adts. Be used as an adjunctive treatment with lithium or valproate in adts with major depressive episodes associated with bipolar I disorder. Directions: Take Elbaluran once daily with or without food. The recommended starting dose for adts is 40 mg once daily. The dose may be increased gradually, as tolerated, to a maximum of 160 mg once daily. For adolescents aged 13 to 17 years with schizophrenia, the recommended starting dose is 20 mg once daily. The dose may be increased gradually, as tolerated, to a maximum of 120 mg once daily.
