Used for: Prevention of organ rejection in kidney, heart, and liver transplant patients. Treatment of advanced breast cancer, pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors, renal cell carcinoma, and subependymal giant cell astrocytoma. Directions: Take Certican with or without food. Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the tablets. Pack size: 60 tablets Active ingredient: Everolimus 0.25 mg Dosage: The dosage of Certican will vary depending on the condition being treated and the patient's individual response. For the prevention of organ rejection, the usual starting dose is 0.75 mg once daily. For the treatment of cancer, the usual starting dose is 10 mg once daily.
