Used for: Treat anxiety disorders, such as generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), social anxiety disorder (SAD), and panic disorder. Directions: Take Buspar by mouth, with or without food, as directed by your doctor. The usual starting dose is 5 mg taken 2-3 times daily. Your doctor may increase your dose gradually as needed.
