Used for: Parkinson's disease Restless legs syndrome (RLS) Directions: Take it exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablets whole with water. Do not chew or crush them. Take Ramixole at the same time each day. Pack size: 30 tablets Active ingredient: Pramipexole 0.25 mg Dosage: The starting dose for Parkinson's disease is 0.125 mg three times a day. The dose is then increased gradually over several weeks until the best response is achieved. The maximum recommended dose is 4.5 mg per day. The starting dose for RLS is 0.125 mg to 0.25 mg taken 2-3 hours before bedtime. The dose may be increased gradually over every 4-7 days until the best response is achieved. The maximum recommended dose is 0.5 mg per day.
