The dosage and frequency of administration vary depending on the condition being treated. For RA, the recommended dosage is 4 mg/kg IV every 4 weeks, or 162 mg SC every other week or weekly. For SJIA and PJIA, the recommended dosage is 8 mg/kg IV every 4 weeks. For GCA, the recommended dosage is 8 mg/kg IV every 4 weeks for 6 months. For CRS, the recommended dosage is 8 mg/kg IV once. For SSc-ILD, the recommended dosage is 8 mg/kg IV every 4 weeks. Pack size: Actemra 400 mg/20 mL is aVialable as a single-use vial.
